How the adventure works

Each player chooses a character and receives three secret quest cards. On a turn, move to an adjacent tile—or reveal a new tile—then resolve a wild encounter. When a location matches a secret quest, you can attempt the quest encounter instead. Success earns treasure; failure can leave the quest open for another adventurer.

Treasure only counts when it has been safely deposited at the Keep. Complete three quests to trigger the six-round endgame, then return with as much banked treasure as possible. The player with the most treasure at the end wins.
